An Intro Lesson is required for all students new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The session is not competitive or very difficult.
OBJECTIVES
1) Answer all of your questions.
2) Make sure you know what to expect during your free week trial.
3) Make sure you can execute the warmup exercises.
4) Make sure you are comfortable attending group classes.

Private BJJ lesson for an individual or small group. Cost is the same if the lesson is for one or multiple students. You are welcome to split the cost.
